1. Medicines & Prescription Products

No returns or refunds will be accepted on prescription medicines and opened over-the-counter medications, unless the product supplied is incorrect, damaged, or defective.

2. Non-Medicinal Products

Eligible items such as supplements, medical devices, skincare, perfumes, or wellness products may be returned within 3 days of purchase if they are:

Unused and unopened

In their original packaging

Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Delivered

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund after inspection and confirmation.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Delivery and service fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
